The reason for the three stars if for the hardware they sent with it. The instruction sheet is poor. So five star review for the one that works, one star for customer service. I purchased this to use in my classroom to store student headphones. Lets just say I am a very happy camper. The only thing that bothered me was the headset came with outdated software. Ive never heard of this brand but for the price I took a chance and glad I did. I cant comment on the sound quality compared to the 80 because the 110 I got was faulty (cracking and popping and carrying on) so I actually had to send it back for a refund. I like it! Do not pay full price for this device.
