I can imagine if you had to take this apart and rebuild it for any reason, theres a good chance those plastic threads wouldnt hold up, so keep that in mind as well. I found the heel height to be just perfect. These things are still going strong. So initially I was disappointed as it came scratched up, but it?s not really noticeable once it?s hung up unless you?re super close. A++++++ for sure. I would have no problem reconnecting when I click "Alert" but to have to reconnect it every 15 minutes because it is going off on its own wont work.
