They are too loose and when using the noise canceling feature, any excess movement makes it crackle. Good battery life. They would be ideal if they didnt let so much ambient sound in (even with a tight fit in my ears). Go up half a size and they will be perfect. They clamp on to your handlebars and allow you to adjust the flashlight to almost any direction.
