Attach/detachment are easy. Where does any house have a completely flat surface other than on cabinets?Anyway, I overestimated the weight of everything and used bigger Command Strips and put a Strip on every corner of everything, except for the hooks. Fantastic item - so easy to get bike on and off. One of the earbuds, even with the silicone cover slid out of my ear accidentally and when I went to put it back, I noticed the silicone cover was askew. Unfortunately, I have not gotten to try this on anything other than higher-register male vocals, but I have heard that it is a good mic for hip-hop, and will update my review (can I do that?) when I get a chance to record some rappers that I know. I was so disappointed that THEY ARE NOT REAL! Great alternative to the more expensive Burkenstock. Gave 4 stars for assembly, some of the threads were a bit difficult, a bit of sandpaper fixed that. if I decide to become a drunk (perhaps soon?) these will probably hold a nice variety of small liquor bottles. This is so much cheaper than buying an exercise bike.
