I eventually settled on the Smittybilt HDS-4 rain gutter mounts. 5 or 6, but a 6 in these shoes is more like a UK 7. Decided to try these in my regular 7M and they are quite comfortable - and due to the surgeon making one leg longer than the other when replacing my hip, I now have to wear a wedge in one shoe!
