There is virtually no padding (some reviews said otherwise, but I am not impressed). I can only hear out of the right side of my headset unless I wiggle the port each time. I found that I can use a velcro strap (you can buy like 20 for $9 on amazon) to secure the front wheel to the frame. It was user error! So while surfing Amazon for ideas, came across beautiful loose ceramic beads & impulsively bought all the basics for making bracelets. The swivel feature is great. That wouldve been great. The bike comes off to the right, but you have to push the bike so far sideways to get the wheel off the hook, that you are going to need a couple of feet to the left as well. They have a supportive foot bed that feels like Memory Foam, and the cloth upper stretches enough so that my terrible toes and bad bunions have room without the shoe looking bulky. I have to turn the volume to literally 1 on my computer, 1 out of 100, because its that loud.
