So far this has been perfect! My daughter got it for her Christmas boot filling and she loved it! I also noticed after assembling that part of the curved wood is indented and buckled. The real problem is that it doesnt matter which profile I pick out of the app, I couldnt get out a pleasant sound. I personally found the style is a bit dated. I have improved safety with situational awareness. The one positive I can give it is that its small and portable. It kept tight all the time. AND guess what? They didnt work either! I purchased this because it was advertised with good arch support and since I struggle with plantar fasciitis, I need that.
