They don?t stretch either across the top. Still love these. It was comfortable enough for me to wear for hours while chasing my 3 and 1 yr old, and while at work. It is almost impossible to take it off without untying the laces. Attention ne pensez pas devenir bon grâce aux mods, si vous êtes mauvais vous le resterez et surtout vous ne progresserez pas ! Took me a few minutes to find a comfortable way of assembling it since you build it upside down, but was easy enough to get through on my own. These are supposed to be everyday outside walking shoes, but given how quickly they developed a hole just being worn indoors it makes me suspect of that. They dont clean as good. I have 2 of these and they both hold a lot of things from dresses to coats. ;o)
