The problem is amazons reform process. The headphones worked well but the volume button fell out and Im being required to pay for the return postage. Not any more! I wasnt expecting this at all. it starts to feel heavy after some time Sometimes the right ear piece does not work at all and the noise cancellation is not good at all. Noise cancelation is not really great but you get what you pay for. Duplex, cop, scan, print, wireless or wired: everything I need in a compact printer, and at less than forty bucks a bargain (yeah, yeah, they always gouge you on the cost of replacement ink but I dont print that much so its OK). They are a really nice looking shoe, but also surprisingly comfortable. "Comfort" of this headset is roughly what I expected.
