I guess the rating is due to the fact that the movie does not contain sex, nudity or bad language - a blessing in my view and proof that it is possible to make an action/thriller/suspense movie without the need to introduce these elements (although the movie does contain some violence). - Lightweight, comfortable and not bulky.
