If not for the terrible hooks that came with it I wouldve given it a 5 star. Packaging was excellent, came with 1 pair of tips on the buds + 3 replacement tips + 2 wings to keep buds in, charging cable. Great packaging and the JET customer service team letter tells you all to need to know to get it set up and who to contact if you have an issue. Sound quality is a big improvement I have noticed on the XR700s. No other flip flop is as comfortable for me. My only 2 complaints are: 1) you cant see the charge status led through the black case, which really sucks and 2) the case cutouts make it so it goes on backwards of what youd think it should. There is no way to turn this off, I even asked Grado directly, no dice, so these are going back. She usually wears a 9. Will provide updates. But the bike frame fits fine.
