The light to tell you theyre on is dim and very recessed, so youre not sure if they turned on unless you are wearing them when you turn them on. Tried to send email to manufacturer through Amazon but got message problem with recipients email so couldnt ask for replacement/refund. It doesn?t give a lot of comfort and support. Pretty comfortable for just hanging out and short trips. These are fantastic! The ear buds aren?t truly for water, when they hit the water they change songs, volume, etc. Item is great I am not a fan or crocs but you cant argue with how practical they are. All in all it was an interesting mix of data, anecdote, evolutionary history, as awareness plea, and philosophy. brings out the sounds that you cant hear while just using the speakers on your computer.
