However this is my third other GenY purchase and like the second it is a failure. very simple to operate. Great mount for mtb. The construction is definitely rigid and there are design ques from other bt speakers. I would assume it would last forever, but the plastic pieces eventually crack and break. next time i will go wired. I made test with iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8 Plus, Huawei P20 Pro, Blackberry Passport and get identical result! Ot looks very nice in the corner of the dining room. Not great sound quality or bass for $500. unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
