The Keen Sparta has a proper lug outsole, so its a bit heavier, but not objectionable. I love these boots. So i finally chose these and I am very glad that I did. While I was waiting for these to come I started using a Turtle Beach earforce x12 my gf had laying around which are active with USB, they buzzed but could go very loud and they actually shook with the bass.
