Fit snug so they?re not moving around or falling off. When you pedal fast, it will heat your tires up and smoke. These are well made shoes but they really do come up big, ordered my normal size 5 and with thick socks they would be fine but to wear barefoot there way to big. A lot of people are surprised when I tell them they are Skechers. It?s lightweight and sleek design allows you to move it easily and the color white goes well with my decor. They are adjustable which works for me, with very swollen feet from pregnancy. I was a little upset when it didnt come attached to the keyboard; I thought it was going to slide around a bunch, then I found out it was magnetic when I nudged it up to the keyboard. I also wear small ankle braces and wanted those to fit without removing the insoles. no interruptions. So comfortable, so light, excellent fit - this will be the first of more, strongly recommend.
