As mentioned by so many other posters, getting the battery compartment open to install the provided batteries is VERY, VERY difficult and frustrating. Mounted this in our small bathroom and it has helped our towels dry faster compared to the small hooks that were originally mounted on the walls. But What can I say, the good audio cable is worth it and you will be happy you did buy it anyway. This item is exactly as pictured and works as intended. This case for some reason it makes the flip lid cover pop open, so Im afraid to clip on button holes or othe areas out side hanging. I am used to wear ballerina-type shoes walking in Europe; long distances walking. The way that it attaches to the wall really makes it hard to hold anything that will be used often - it moves. I said almost no issues with the mic, Ive had one colleague say that Im a bit quieter now, just one, but something to be aware of, I have the mic volume at 100%.
