I feel like I just got a bad pair, so Ill keep trying other styles to see what finally works. Its very comfortable on my wrist. I am obsessed with how this turned out in my sons nursery! Holds all of my spices with room to spare. It lets you adjust how long before your headset automatically turns off due to inactivity. It isnt a "this is better than that" issue. I wouldnt recommend ordering a size up because the shoe itself seemed to fit, it was just the ankle strap that was a problem. They have good bass. I am exceedingly happy with these towel warmers in my renovated bathrooms and the consistently excellent customer service the whole way. A great cheap investment to protect a VERY expensive investment.
