Again I was concerned about the clam holding up under pressure. 5" that is a huge difference. Needless to say, the Bose that I thought I?d keep was sent back in favor of the more affordable, more durable (waterproof), and better sounding JBL. Considering I bought this yesterday and it has arrived so quickly AND it in seemingly perfect working order, I would say I highly recommend this purchase. They will be like an old friend right away. It worked well for a small spot to hold my daughters shoes. It was wrong. I hope my review helps in some small way. I really wanted to like these but they were absolutely unusable. The shoes I received were very poorly manufactured.
