Two bolts on the front and two on the rear. I never have aching feet later and they look so good! Which apparently is a common occurrence. The only thing is that they arrived with a weird fish odor on them but once I cleaned them with a Clorox wipe, they are fine. Needed something to keep my under bra fat tucked away as well as my arms. Note: These are constructed for tennis, not for walking or running, and so may be uncomfortable to wear as an everyday shoe. It shouldnt, but if it does its not hard to snap back into place.
