I thought this would be a good present for my daughter who always wanted a JBL, but is super clumsy and kind of irresponsible with her things. Love the ring! The soundstage and separation are good, the clarity is good, mids are full and forward but balanced, treble is clear but not peircing or sibilant, and with the volume turned up, the bass really rumbles without getting muddy. no more awkward buttons to fumble with . Still, I am able to close my door, though it takes some effort. Its also extremely comfortable because of how light it is. Nice positive locking on the GPS.
