WORKAROUND: Go into the Android Apps settings and STOP, UNINSTALL and/or DISABLE the Alexa and any other annoying or suspicious or junkware. Also did not tolerate a trip through the washing machine after exposure to a certain virus, and warped beyond use. These shoes just didnt work for me personally. No more Tevas for me.
