They ARE comfortable, and hopefully very durable. I contacted the seller, and they told me Amazon takes care of everything, and it is out of their hands. The first day I put it on my Samsung buds it fell of a few hours later. I didnt even mention the cable! In ear and wire free was a must and having compared many of the headphones on Amazon I ended up choosing these. They actually are better then my Hoka Clifton 6 running shoes in terms of comfort and more importantly, relief! I really like the color & the straps over the top of the foot.
