Understandable how others had troubles, as it didnt come with any instructions. Was impossible evening tightening the Velcro to fit properly. I got them to workout in, but after trying them on, theyll certainly be my everyday shoe when I run errands, etc. As comfortable as you can imagine, I wore them to an 11 hour work day the day after I got them. Guess what? My bricks are too big by almost 1/4 inch. Very sturdy and is exactly as described. Im regularly trying new wireless headphones for running - looking for comfort, few or no cords and staying in my ears while moving, after sweating, etc. I can recommend this product for sure! I would recommend sizing up if you are a half size, to avoid having your toes spilling over the edge when walking. Basically everything I wanted and Im really pleased with them.
