Can?t return them since they have been worn now. I have the four pods, but havent mounted them yet. The bearings on this barbell are fast and smooth. amazing piece of kit to have. I have natural curly hair, and I live where its humid a good majority of the year. Item as described. All the little things are just right. the bike will stay on the stand and the front wheel. After discovering FitFlop flip flops a few years ago, I would be miserable in winter because none of my closed shoes came close to the comfort of them. I purchased a few others from amp th er seller and cried because they were tiny and stiff and I thought I would never find the right one but this product is an absolute miracle and felt amazing non itchy not irritating and covered my hips !
