I am looking to return but was definitely looking forward to incorporating this into my workouts. The interface is mediocre. love these pillows! After some research I came across these gems and they have been perfect. I bought the Pro Max and it came with a USB-C Wire which is fair but no power adapter. The manual goes through the reset process, which I followed more than a dozen times. If I have to make one suggestion (as other reviewers pointed out) it would be to GO DOWN ONE SHOE SIZE. The highs sound smoother, the lows have more bounce and the mids sound richer with even greater detail. Works great for sliding crosscut sled, without a need to cut it down. Something that is a nice to have, but again very good.
