They are very firm on my rack. I think that the length is true to size, but the top to bottom width is shallow at first, but stretches easily with a little wear. Im a full-time firefighter/paramedic and are up on my feet all the time. Even ignoring that, though, it still fails to connect a LOT of the time. I am a size 8 & they fit well. The ear tips provided with them are crap. This printer is pretty good. Wish I had bought a bigger pair. The ear part is super comfortable and Im on for about 5 hours a night. It?s really cute.
