It was actually surprisingly quiet, I almost forgot it was up there. They take some getting used to when walking as the heel tends to rise out of them. Beautifully made, thick but flexible, you will not have issues with the cable breaking at the plug, 10ft length is REALLY useful. Slippers sizing is 7/8; 9/10. If they had worn them they definitely would have ended up with blisters. I would recommend using a lubricant and then something (a short piece of narrow tubing or the like) to extend the short end of the hex wrench for better torque.
