Wearing them for the first time today. They are the most comfortable tennis shoes I own, I can be on my feet all day and they dont hurt. I work with headphones every day and listen to music daily so my headphone use is probably 12hrs a day and i generally clean my ears 4 times a day because of this. I use conditioner only on the length of my hair, not on my scalp and it does a great job of moisturizing. They explained there are 2 different strap systems. I had a 3-month limited warranty and I also returned it. There are no instructions to speak of except one picture to show you how the nuts and bolts should go together and one sentence that tells you put to it together loosely. I wish I could return them, but think it?s too late now. I started doing research on sandals in addition to shoes that support high arches. I took the insoles out of both newer pairs and threw the shoes away.
