Maybe a little hard to get a grip and open it, but I noticed it doesnt pop open and fling your earbuds across the room when you drop it, so its good. I used to buy only Nike socks. The C10 is better. I was nervous these would do the same thing, NOPE! There are also chambers to fill to sit on in the boat so that you dont have to just sit in the bed of the boat. You must have wi-fi and a tablet or phone that accesses the bose app. EDITED TO ADD:I also got the plain dark blue one. A little tough to get on as there isnt much stretch to the strap but not too bad. He can probably afford any shoes he wants. The Fender/mudguard accessory works brilliantly.
