I would recommend sizing down just a half size. If you reach around your wrist just above your hand touching your index finger and thumb together you can determine the over all size of your bones, large, med or small. I had watched a few YouTube videos on doing the install; the tips and tricks in those videos helped. The table and two chairs had become a zone to leave coats, hats, and assorted "carry it with you" items like bags and belt packs. The adapters feel like a high quality item with an aluminum cover on the ends, and a braided nylon sleeve over the cable.
