So if you need extra arch support, I would definitely recommend it! Major disappointment. They do wear out quickly (if you weR them a lot, which I do). Have had it for about a year and a half now. Ive got flat feet and a fallen arch and these work well for being on my feet for long periods of time. Not powerful at all, flat sound which is fine for outdoors, but Im inside and want bass. Will keep for my son but he?ll half to walk mindfully so the dont fly off ??.
