As soon as I took the carrier off all was working again. I also reset my Direct TV remote first so I dont change the volume of the tv and Vizio soundbar at the same time, instead only controlling the receiver and Vizio soundbar. I originally purchased these headphones in back for my boyfriend for Christmas and he was so happy with them that I decided to buy a pair for myself. Then came the tricky bit. Can you at least disappoint me after a week or two rather than day one?My biggest issue is that Jabra has denied Amazon purchasers the warranty agreement saying Amazon is not covered by warranty and this states directly Im the description that theres a 90 day. They are no longer tight or leaving marks on my foot. Now thats what Im talking about! You might match it, but for the price and design, you cant beat it. I have narrow feet and high arches and theres not a lot of arch support but these are comfortable and my feet didnt get sore wearing them for long periods of time. I recommend this sandals even if you have no even if you have no foot issue
