It cuts quite nicely. So it didnt shrink but Ill let you decide. This just didnt work out for me. they work great for make up and concentrates. Great buy though! They are pretty flat but I just use them for inside my house so they?re just fine for that. It spun smoothly and easily and continued to spin for a full 30+ seconds! As long as you dont mind discomfort the games are enjoyable. It was easy to install and so far works great. My wife even commented on how nice it was.
