The battery is the products weakest link. There was one drawer that had a broken area under the groove for the bottom of the drawer. As my photos show, the oiled black I ordered (picture 1) turned out to be a different kind of black than the one I ordered. This one seems ok,the seat is kind of wobbles. They are compact and folded for shipping, but upon assembly, they are remarkably sturdy. The compartments are the length of a size 8 women?s shoe. I didnt return it cause it didnt come with a manual. Ive been wearing these for about 8 days now, and I have to say theyre pretty good. The straps are a little wide, but length of shoe is correctThe straps are rolled, looks like shoe was compressed for a long period of time which affected the plastic strap. Yhey have a very good arch support.
