Zipper has had no issues and the charging cable stays securely inside. Thanks you for a good product! It has a pretty decent range and the audio is incredible. Comfy, warm, cute, and honestly Id consider getting another color. At that point, I put everything back inthe box and am returning. The sound was terrible. If I had to guess this is what happened to another user who claimed they fell out while the bottom was still clipped to his belt. 5 and I bought these in the size 6-7 and they fit perfectly(keeping in mind that the fluff will eventually flatten a bit with wear).
