The fitment chart was very helpful since it shows actual length. Love them and how warmThey are. When trainers arrived I never took them off my foot till bed time . I tried to adjust the straps, but they just didnt sit right on my foot. But I take things lightly. I also though they they would not only block out background noise for the caller, but also for me by having both ears covered. They stay on my feet.
