This is my second pair and won?t be my last. For me, it was broken but playable. - Do not use any alcohol, benzine, or thinner to clean the exterior as this will likely eat away at the coating. Better than what I expected. Im living in South America at the moment, and it isnt recommended to keep your phone out on your lap or even in your hand while going place to place. Also a comfortable fit in my small ears. The vendor was very helpful and immediately offered to send a replacement. I used to work out at home now as a lot of places are shuttled down. The fit is fine. Its a Great product, super stylish and I love the golden finish.
