This sandal was much smaller. She kept insisting and I finally gave up and went to a local locksmith. Pairing was a little bit tricky in the beginning but seamless and automatic afterwards. BUT - oddly, I had to buy a whole half size smaller since the UK size 9 in the Newport was so much bigger than the UK size 9 in the Clearwater. It was not flush and it did not want to screw in or stay. I uninstalled the software and rebooted again - low and behold my startup/shutdown times were back to normal. The stock keycaps are also fine, but I quickly replaced those with some pudding keycaps. The slippers are durable, dont slide, and are easy to rinse clean. I then tried the logitech G300 mouse, but found the mouse a strange shape, very high, with the left and right buttons grooved so low it was impossible to hit those buttons and the middle mouse button/wheel at the same time, which I do for some games. Ive been wearing OluKai sandals for many years now.
