If Turtle Beach does acknowledge these issues and provide a new update and things are working again then I might consider buying them but until then I cannot justify a reason to keep them around. I normally use a wireless mouse. The back and top parts are adjustable, but the velcro on that goes over your toes is purely decorative, there is a solid piece under it, so no matter how you adjust it it would not change anything. The fumes are potent. This lasted maybe 6 months. This is a great case. I would never buy it again. The first thing I noticed out of the box is how heavy the machine is. So with this product I was able to stick the shelves up perfectly without them looking like they are dropping over. Anywhere.
