I bought this as a gift for my wife to help her keep her phone charged. Same great quality, a great thickness and do not appear to twist at the ends. I can see this as a potential factor for people complaining about lack of bass. To understand the title and following review, please understand that my use may be different than your use. I absolutely love these sandals! This product uses a lot of steel and feel very solid. JBL App========================-The app works great for me. But overall worth the 5 stars. It arrived on time, was well packaged, the instructions were quite decent, set was easy. I was looking for something like an ortho shoe to help with pain in my back and these are a bit unstructured for me.
