Steelseries support is worst in industry from my experience. My dealer wanted $250 for the factory bars. Stripped over 50% Of screws and had to use alternate to install. The straps seem to have a bit of sharpness to the edges in general, I doubt these would be comfortable for an extended period of time before it starts digging into the skin.
