Great quality and very comfortable The back strap is as tight as it could go but still kept slipping off. There are so many cheaper ones with the same quality, hopefully they come with instructions. I bought a bunch of the Anker models and I sent them back. The first time the lower volume button didn?t work. Additionally, the Live Sound feature is one of the coolest addition Ive heard--songs youve heard hundreds of time sound completely new in a great way, where the background sound is emphasized appropriately. Does not conpress enough for my needs. Just the right size for the earbuds and charging cord. The only problem I had is that it is 23 inch instead of advertised 24. I have used it only few times but work pretty well overall.
