If I cannot hear myself talking with the headset on I will be screaming into the mic and also will feel claustrophobic over time. So glad I got this! Cons:- The headband compression force is far too much. I wish I would of fought this along time ago (my own fault)Would Recommend. To my surprise theyre still working after logging almost 100 miles running and sweating like a maniac. Works great I use it to put hanging baskets in my kitchen it has worked so well Im going to get small hanging plants to try those I am shocked at how much better a $30 sound card can make the microphone sound. I will just wear them around the house instead of long walks outside. It did not come with instructions, but seems straight forward enough to install.
