Im very satisfied with the sellers performance and that of their product. Wrong size for one, wrong sandal entirely for another and missing a pair in another order. The part that looks clear in the photo is actually mottled, dull, and hazy. Like twice as long. While talking on the phone, I have had several people tell me that it was difficult to hear me. Overall, so far Im happy with it. Lasted all day on stand by and had my music running about 3 hours with a few calls in between. First I tried the memory foam ones and thought I really liked them, but after some use I wasnt quite as thrilled. After much research, I picked this up hoping for low vibration/ratttling, strong anti-sway design, and easy loading. I brought these on my cruise and wore them for about 1 hour before leaving the boat and immediately had to take them off.
