Long story short, they sstill wont honor the warranty. These, not as much. I will use up the credit soon because Amazon shopping has always been about customer satisfaction and I use my Amazon Prime a lot! I didnt want to spend very much on them because I will be using them at camp where they will get trashed. I left the microphone out of the case for about 3 weeks now and it still have some smells to it. These were the answer! I guess this one ended up being a waste of money. Magnetic so they dont get lost. Overall, Id happily recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable USB headset for gaming, for chatting to friends, or for work meetings etc. They make you pay for your own return label and threaten to take 20% - 50% of your refund for a restock fee if an item is found not to be defective by THEIR standards or is found to be accurately described by THEIR standards.
