The material the mic boom is made form is really stiff and doesnt want to flop around with head movement. Having done too much soldering myself, it didnt look burned from an electrical short but just melted insulation due to being improperly soldered during assembly. Only thing I do wish is there was slightly more space between each shelf so that taller bottles went in and out easier but I think that would have been the case with any of the other racks I considered.
