At least Logitech support hooked me up very fast with a warranty replacement. Ill keep them. Very cute boots though! Again with all said these are earbuds so the sound quality will never match headphones but come damn close. I am done with Soundpeats! I can pair one or both ear buds up to me. NOT really a running shoe! One preset is to tilt the mouse far to the right to enter config mode where the mouse has a number of new button presses available to change DPI or zero the pitch readings if your desk is uneven. I am not giving this to anyone. Especially if your trying to hide it under your work uniform lol.
