Great to wear with pants or skirt/dress. What a great way to store bikes if you have little space. I wanted the black but when I went to order in the size 8 the prime was not offered so i had to pay shipping, so I got the blue ones which had prime feature for free shipping, very strange. Fortunately I read another review saying they cut out the inside. The pad of the slide is entirely made up of rubber nubs. Only thing I don?t like is that the AirPods stay connected the entire time to your phone and it does drain the battery life on them. The product fits fantastic I am 5"3, not only does it make you sweat but unlike other waist trainers/cinchers I have used in the past this one fits and works the best it is not constricting at all youre still able to breath. But being able to see and respond to any notification is great. Def recommend! Great Birki quality.
