So much better with this product. Looking around I have seen a number of other people experiencing this exact same issue and no one seems to have been able to get any answers on the issue from Jlab. I have thick fingers so sometimes delicate operations are not that easy for me. Had to return 2x because they run small. Otherwise, a great pair of classic black flip flops. Only caveat is the fit wasn?t great for my 7 year old, but my 8 year old managed to get them to stay in. My son has thick, course curls. Love Love Love this company and the amazing products they offer and the best prices you will find! Keep everything up & off sink counter but still easy to get too. I love the color .
