The product arrived the other day and it was well packaged! Last straw was when I unplugged them by pulling on the cord - how I unplug literally everything from my phone - and the wire came disconnected from the lightning connector. BEWARE of buying from these companies as they wont do ANYTHING to correct the situation. I ordered the PS4 bundle with the spiderman game and 2nd controller. I do believe they run big. I also have the confidence that the earbuds will NEVER fall out. The system also supports Spotify Connect and Sonys SongPal Link system. There is also a USB plug to support charging or powering another item, but we have not used that yet. The only negative is that the two of them together are not quite large enough to cover the entire surface of a double bed. The wool inside the shoe is pilling, rolling, & breaking off.
